These terms apply to the cross-border access and subscription services provided by VPNHW. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the related routes, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service. Privacy practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Service Content and Scope

VPNHW provides network acceleration across 120+ countries and 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes may include IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. Current availability, client compatibility, and route arrangements are based on the information shown on the website and user panel at the time.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access and international route connectivity. Some websites, applications, and online content are operated by independent providers. Their access permissions, regional policies, content availability, and account rules are outside VPNHW's control. A subscription grants the right to use the services included in the selected plan; it does not guarantee continued access to external websites.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login details secure and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and orders made through their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

An account supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, limited to the account holder and devices under their reasonable control. Do not publicly share accounts, distribute subscription details in bulk, resell routes, split plans for profit, or use automated methods to consume route resources in volume. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is accessed, as well as the rules of the websites and applications they visit. The service must not be used to infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, disrupt network operations, send large volumes of unsolicited information, misappropriate accounts, or conduct other unlawful activities.

Users are solely responsible for complaints, claims, administrative action, or other liability arising from their conduct. To protect routes, other users, and orderly service operation, VPNHW may take necessary action against clearly anomalous connection activity.

Service Availability and Liability

Route quality can be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, device performance, destination service policies, network maintenance, and other external factors. VPNHW will manage and maintain its routes, but does not promise that any route will perform identically in every region, on every device, or under every network condition.

If connections are interrupted by scheduled maintenance, temporary faults, upstream route changes, changes to external service rules, or events beyond reasonable control, VPNHW will address the issue where practicable. VPNHW is not responsible for obligations attributable to an external service provider when losses result from that provider ceasing operations, restricting an account, changing regional policies, or from incorrect device configuration.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination

If a user resells subscriptions, publicly shares an account, maliciously consumes route resources, disrupts service operation, engages in unlawful activity, or seriously breaches these terms, VPNHW may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. Actions will consider the nature of the conduct, its impact, and verifiable records.

Users may stop purchasing plans. When a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, the related service access ends according to the plan rules. Account termination does not affect payment obligations, dispute handling, or legally continuing responsibilities that arose before termination.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

VPNHW may update these terms because of service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule changes. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the website or user panel; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. The applicable scope, request method, and processing rules are set out in the separately published Refund Policy.
