The service focuses on shortening cross-border paths, reducing unnecessary relays, and providing route choices for commonly used international websites, AI Tools, Streaming, and development environments. IEPL, relay, and direct routes serve different purposes: dedicated routes prioritize path quality, relays balance cost and stability, and direct routes suit situations with favorable network conditions. Route Principles
Choose a route based first on the destination and use case, then on the route type. Node count is not the only measure; path suitability matters just as much. VPNHW organizes exits by region and keeps different lanes available for switching. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. Clear rules make it easier to choose based on actual usage.
Issue Handling
Connection issues usually require checking the client status, subscription update, current route, and local network in sequence. Support first confirms the scope of the issue, then tries another route in the same region or a different route type, avoiding repeated changes to unrelated settings. Common import, connection, and billing questions are collected on the Support page; complex cases can be submitted through the user panel.
Privacy Principles
VPNHW follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. Information is handled according to data minimization principles, retaining only what is needed to operate accounts, deliver subscriptions, verify orders, and resolve issues.
